Acceptance of terms

G Squared Consulting, LLC ("G Squared ") welcomes you. G Squared provides its service and products to you subject to the following Terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions at any time at: www.thorshield.com.   In addition, when using particular G Squared owned or operated services and product, you and G Squared shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Privacy policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and conditions.

Product Sample Testing Usage

The Thor Shield sample is only to be evaluated by personnel within your organization. Under no circumstance is the Thor Shield sample to be transferred, loaned or sold to any other agency, department or private party.  While evaluating Thor Shield under no circumstances shall the product be tested on a person’s head, neck or chest area. Only limbs shall be used as a test area and only by persons in physical condition and who are willing to take to take a full shock from a stun weapon to their limb. G Squared Consulting is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use and or misuse of Thor Shield Energy Weapon Protection Fabrics.  Once the Thor Shield Energy Weapon Protection Fabric testing is complete the fabric sample shall be destroyed or returned to G Squared.

Orders/ Sample Policy

G Squared Consulting, LLC. will provide samples for your testing and inspection. The cost is posted per sample ordered (plus Shipping and handling Charges). The samples sizes are listed on the orders page.

Return Policy

Please be sure to inspect materials before cutting. If quality is disputed, wire cloth may be returned to G Squared Consulting, LLC. in delivered condition (unprocessed and unused) and packaged to prevent damage. Before returning any material please contact G Squared in writing or by phone to get return authorization number.

Payment Policy

 

Qualified Police Agencies, Military organizations or Uniform Manufacturers will be sent samples upon approved credit checking. In order receive samples; please provide a written request on your company letterhead. All Major Credit Cards are also accepted. Overseas customers may pay by Credit Card.  

Shipping Policy

 

G Squared uses UPS for all shipments of up to 150 pounds (68kg) and we provide tracing numbers for your shipment. Shipments over 150 pounds must ship by truck.

Minimum Order Policy:

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The listed prices are FOB Tucson, Arizona USA and do not include freight charges or any applicable taxes.

Quality Policy

 

G Squared QA’s each shipment prior to shipping the ThorShield product.  G Squared intends to follow a system of continuous improvement. All employees and subcontractors are required to follow the procedures outlined in G Squared Quality Assurance Documentation.

You Expressly Understand And Agree That:

a.       Your use of the ThorShield product is at your sole risk. The ThorShield product is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. G Squared and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or Implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

b.       G Squared and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (I) the product will meet your requirements; (Ii) The Product will be stable, timely, secure or error-Free; (Iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the product will be accurate or reliable; (Iv) The quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (V) any errors in the software or product will be corrected.

c.        Any material received or otherwise obtained through the use of the G Squared web site is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such information or material.

d.       No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from G Squared or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms And Conditions.

Limitation Of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that G Squared and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (Even if G Squared has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (I) The use or the inability to use the service; (Ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from The service; (Iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (Iv) Statements or Conduct of any third party on the service; or (V) any other matter relating to the service.

Entire Agreement. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and G Squared and governs your use of the Service, product, complements any prior agreements between you and G Squared with respect to the Service and Product. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other G Squared services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.

Choice of Law and Forum. The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and G Squared shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and G Squared agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Pima County, Arizona.

Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of G Squared to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS remain in full force and effect.
